Vegetable fried rice recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 bag stir-fry vegetables
  • a pouch of cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce

Method

  • In a wok, stir-fry the vegetables for 1-2 mins until softening, then add the rice and warm through. Crack in the eggs and stir through with the teriyaki sauce.
