Ingredients
- 85g thin-stemmed broccoli
- juice ½ orange
- 1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
- 140g ready-to-eat spelt
- 140g hot-smoked trout, flaked
- large handful watercress
Method

Steam the broccoli for 3 mins until al dente. Mix together the orange juice, parsley and spelt, then top with the broccoli, trout and watercress.
