Lemon linguine with ham recipe

Ingredients

  • 400g linguine
  • cupful frozen peas
  • 200ml tub crème fraîche
  • grated zest ½ lemon and juice of 1 lemon
  • 3-4 slices of cooked ham, cut into strips

Method

  • Cook pasta following pack instructions, adding the peas for the final 2 mins of cooking.

  • Drain the pasta well and return to the pan. Stir in the crème fraîche, lemon zest and juice, then season. Serve with the ham strips scattered over.
