Enjoy this healthier version of chocolate milk that’s high in protein. The green tinge comes from iron-rich spinach, but trust us – it tastes great
Ingredients
- 200ml unsweetened soya milk
- 170g fat-free Greek yogurt (we used Total)
- 25g cooked quinoa
- 3 tsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 3-4 cubes frozen spinach
Method

Whiz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth, pour into a tall glass and serve.
