Grapefruit, agave & pistachio salad recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 1 white grapefruit
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp chopped pistachio

Method

  • Segment grapefruits, removing as much of the pith as possible. Divide the segments between two bowls and top with with agave and pistachios.
