Add body and sweetness to a classic mint sauce by adding raisins – spoon into a bowl and serve with a roast

Fresh mint & raisin sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • large bunch fresh mint (about 80g), leaves picked and chopped
  • 100g raisin
  • 4 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp soft brown sugar

Method

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor along with 4 tbsp water, and pulse to a chunky salsa texture. Spoon into a bowl and serve alongside the lamb.
