Cherry tomatoes recipe

Ingredients

  • 250g cherry tomato
  • olive oil
  • sea salt and ground pepper
  • small basil leaves

Method

  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and place on a plate, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and ground pepper and scatter over small basil leaves. Cover until ready to serve.
