Creamy Aji green sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • small pack coriander
  • 2 jalapeƱo chillies or green chillies
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • juice 1 lime
  • pinch of cumin
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

Method

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix into a sauce. Add seasoning, then pour into a serving bowl.
