Healthy chocolate milk recipe

Ingredients

  • 200ml unsweetened soya milk
  • 170g fat-free Greek yogurt (we used Total)
  • 25g cooked quinoa
  • 3 tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 3-4 cubes frozen spinach

Method

  • Whiz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth, pour into a tall glass and serve.
