Bourbon cocktail recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp bourbon
  • 4 tbsp crème de cacao
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 dashes of grenadine
  • 4 tsp golden caster sugar

To serve

  • pared orange zest

Method

  • Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with some ice. Shake together, then pour into Martini glasses, add the zest, and serve. Alternatively, serve over ice in highball glasses.
